The project is a series of 7 comics, subdivided by sector, for the "Atletica Viva Online" section of FIDAL ( Italian Athletics Federation). Each comic contains the guidelines for the restart of training in safety, after the stop period due to lockdowns. The indications are a visual translation, clear and ironic, of technical sheets presented by the managers of the different specialities.
