Athletics Viz is a web platform for the visualization of the athletics results of major international competitions. It is meant to be a narrative tool that can be explored freely by anyone interested in sports. The purpose of the narratives is to tell the drama of each race through graphs, showing in detail the evolution of the performances and adding the historic context to frame the results. The ecosystem of communication of Athletics Viz is composed of a website and social channels. The visualizations included in the website are also shared on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook so that users are encouraged to visit the website.
